Homosassa Springs State Park is located around the freshwater spring that flows over 60 million gallons of water a day. The park is a year-around home to several manatees and a wooden boardwalk provides a great venue for viewing the resident Florida wildlife including numerous manatees, flamingos, alligators, birds and a rare Florida Panther.
