  • Arctic Sunrise is the smallest ship in the Greenpeace fleet however that does not prevent from it from taking action against illegal loggers in the Amazon river, illegal whaling by Japanese vessels and climate research in both the Arctic and Antarctic seas. It stopped in Key West in August 2010 on its way to do environmental research in the Gulf of Mexico after the recent massive oil spill by the BP drilling rig collapse.
